Drugstore Divas: Snack Squad

We got a chance to check out Elephant Green Chili Chutney (here: https://amzn.to/4bIv6X1) and you guys, I think Pete has found his new favorite condiment.
Chutney, if you've never heard of it or if you don't watch as many cooking shows as we do, is an Indian condiment made of vegetables or fruits, vinegar, sugar, and herbs.
This one has six clean ingredients: vinegar, sugar, dried coconut, cilantro, green chili, and kosher salt.
It has so much flavor, so much pop, and so much sinus clearing power (okay, that last part is unintentional, but my nose wasn't expecting that kick).
We originally tried it on naan because, well, that made the most sense.
Pete then stirred a huge dollop into dinner. I had made a creamy chicken and chickpea pasta with spinach and I knew this chutney would give it the kick it was missing.
It went into that dinner perfectly.
So, even if you don't cook Indian food on a regular basis, you should still grab this to add into your meals that need a little kick.
It would also be really good to mix into Greek yogurt or sour cream for a dip with crackers. Or mix some into mayo and use it to coat chicken before adding breadcrumbs and frying cutlets. Or use it on a chicken wrap to give it more flavor.
Honestly, you're just limited by your imagination -- and your spice tolerance.
